Learn by doing. Join us for a hands-on, small-scale workshop where we explore the process and culture of kimchi fermentation, together.

In this session, we’ll guide you through the full process of making kimchi from scratch. You’ll learn about the key ingredients, dive into the history and regional variations of kimchi, and get hands-on with the entire saucing and packing process.

Each participant makes and takes home a jar of freshly prepared GGACHI kimchi, ready to ferment in your own kitchen.

We start by preparing the seasoning paste together, then walk you through how to salt and sauce the cabbage. To wrap things up, we share a Korean dish featuring GGACHI kimchi as a small communal meal and a preview of the flavour to come.

Workshops are relaxed, fun, and kept intentionally small (max 10 participants) to ensure everyone gets time and attention.
