Good to know before you order

  • Our kimchi is handmade in small batches using a traditional Korean recipe. It continues to ferment during transit, which is perfectly normal and part of the natural process.
  • Please refrigerate your kimchi as soon as it arrives. It's a live, fermented product and will continue to develop in flavor over time.
  • We pack your kimchi in leak-proof, airtight containers, but some pressure build-up is possible due to fermentation. Open carefully and keep the lid tightly closed between uses.
  • Unopened and refrigerated, your kimchi stays fresh for several weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3–4 weeks for the best taste (though it can last longer and is great for stews and pancakes when more sour!).
  • We ship once or twice a week to ensure freshness. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
