Seasonal kimchi

Napa cabbage, onion, daikon radish, leek, chili powder, garlic, shiitake mushroom, rice flour, pear, apple, raw cane sugar, plum extract, shrimp, fish sauce.

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands.

Our kimchi is handmade in small batches using a traditional Korean recipe and continues to ferment during transit – this is normal. Please refrigerate upon arrival. It's a live product that develops flavor over time. We pack it in airtight, leak-proof containers, but pressure may build up – open carefully and keep sealed between uses. Unopened and refrigerated, it stays fresh for several weeks. Once opened, enjoy within a month for best taste (or use in stews and pancakes as it gets more fermented).
